Ryan Feder who has been with the team since 2020 has been assigned as the game management and offensive assistant role for the 2023 season while one of Dallas Cowboys new coaches Cannon Matthews will serve as the assistant defensive back.

John Fassel is one of the coaching staff for Dallas Cowboys who works as the team's Special Teams Coordinator. He started his coaching career with the Bucknell as a wide receiver in 1999. The following year he joined Amsterdam Admirals as a strength and conditioning and wide receiver coach.

In 2001, he served as a graduate assistant for Idaho State and the next year he worked as a wide receiver for Bucknell. In the 2003 season, he managed New Mexico Highlands as a head coach along with an assistant athletic director role, working there until 2004.
